Rules and Terms

DEFINITION OF "FUNDING" — IMPORTANT

When a user qualifies and receives a "Funded Account" on this platform, they are granted access to a proprietary trading terminal configured to the capital limit of the account tier they have successfully evaluated for.

This means:

What the user receives: Access to place trades within a live or simulated trading environment, up to the account size they have qualified for.

What the user does not receive: The underlying capital is not transferred, withdrawn, deposited into, or owned by the user at any point. The user has no right, title, claim, or access to the funds themselves.

How trades work: All trades placed by the user are executed through the platform's infrastructure and are subject to real-time risk monitoring, automated controls, and oversight managed entirely by the platform. The platform reserves the right to intervene, restrict, or close positions at any time in accordance with the applicable risk parameters.

In plain terms: The user is a skilled operator placing trades on the platform's capital, under the platform's rules and risk controls. They are not a fund manager, account holder, or capital custodian. Any profits generated — subject to the profit-sharing terms — are the only financial benefit the user is entitled to.

Any reference to "funding," "funded account," or "funded trader" on this platform must be understood strictly within this definition.

05.  Funded Account Terms

Access to a funded account is conditional upon successful completion of the evaluation program and ongoing compliance with all applicable rules.

  • Capital Ownership: All capital allocated to a funded account remains the sole property of the platform at all times. Users are not granted ownership, equity, or beneficial interest in the allocated capital.

  • User Status & Contractual Relationship: Users who qualify for and operate a funded account do so under a formal contractual agreement with the platform. This agreement governs the terms of access, trading conduct, profit entitlement, KYC obligations, payout processing, and applicable tax withholding (including TDS deductions as required under Indian law).

  • Users are not employees, contractors, or agents of the platform. The contractual relationship is specific in nature — designed solely to facilitate the funded trading arrangement described in these Terms — and does not create any employment, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between the user and the platform.

  • The full terms of this contract, including rights, obligations, and conditions applicable to funded users, are set out in a separate Funded Trader Agreement, which will be provided to and must be executed by the user prior to funded account activation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Funded Trader Agreement, the Funded Trader Agreement shall prevail in respect of funded account matters.

  • Continued Compliance: Funded account access may be revoked at any time in the event of rule violations, misconduct, or failure to maintain performance standards.

They are provided for transparency and clarity, and do not constitute legal or financial advice. Refund Policy

A Refund Policy is a legally binding statement that defines the conditions under which a platform will or will not issue refunds to its users. As a skill-based trading evaluation and funded trading programme, all fees paid to this platform — whether for evaluation plans, account upgrades, or any other programme offering — are non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal prior to or during an evaluation, failure to pass an evaluation, failure to complete KYC verification, violation of platform rules, or voluntary termination of account by the user. By purchasing any plan or programme on this platform, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy in full. Refunds will only be considered in two exceptional circumstances: (a) a verified technical error directly attributable to the platform that materially prevented the user from accessing or completing their evaluation, or (b) a structural anomaly or operational failure within the platform that rendered the user's participation void through no fault of the user. All refund claims under these exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the relevant incident and are subject to internal review and sole determination by the platform.
